program that will allow drop-shipment directly to your customers. This
convenient service will allow your company to forward the orders directly to
us via e-mail or fax. Your order will then be processed and shipped to your
customers by federal express.
With the
help of this Service, you will grow your business, as well as your
client base.

Drop-Shipping

Orders and shipping
information must be provided to us either via e-mail or by fax. We do not
ship to P.O. Box addresses.

$5 service charge will be
added per shipment, for any number of terms.

No paperwork will be
included with the shipment, unless customers provide us with their invoice
via e-mail.

The shipping labels will
carry the buyer company's name.

All orders must be paid in
advance by credit cards and copy of original invoice and charge slip will be
mailed to customers.

Tony Shoes is not
responsible for any returned or refused packages. Buyer accepts all risks
pertaining to their own customer (the recipient), which may include but not
limited to possible credit card fraud, damage, theft, or loss of goods.
Recipient signature will be required for all deliveries.
