- All shoes are manufactured in the U.S., unless otherwise noted.
- All 5 & 6 inch platforms are available in sizes 5-14, full sizes only.
- All 5 & 6 inch square heel platforms are available in sizes 5-12, full sizes only.
- All 7, 71/2 &8 inch platforms are available in sizes 5-12, full sizes only.
- All Wood, 6” Cone and Square heel platforms are available in sizes 5-12, full sizes only.
- All wedge platforms are available in sizes 5-10, full sizes only.
- All Stiletto heel boots are available in sizes 5 to 14. (Half sizes available up to 8 ½).

- $5.00 additional charge for oversize shoes (sizes 13 and up).

- Minimum Requirements
- All new accounts should present a copy of their Resale number or Business license for verification purposes prior to placing an order.
- We require a minimum order JUST THE VERY FIRST TIME. Feel free to choose 12 pairs of shoes OR 6 pairs of boots OR $250.00 worth clothing of different sizes (any style or color) to better fit the requests of your own clientele. This requirement does not apply to web stores, only if our products are offered on their websites .
- Reorders should be a minimum of $100 or more.
- Please call us if you need suggestions on our best-selling items.
- It is preferred that first orders are not placed for closeout items only, due to availability.
- Prices and specifications may vary without notice.
- Any account that remains inactive for a one year period will be considered as a new account and need to reorder minimum requirements again upon managements approval.

- Payment Information
- By default, all first shipments to new account within the U.S. are on a COD MONEY ORDER basis only. Please provide your company credit references for other arrangements. All major credit cards are welcome (limitations may apply).
- Payments for all first time international orders should be rendered by direct bank transfer. Necessary information will be provided. All major credit cards can be used for all future orders.
- Shipping Information
- We boast the fastest, most convenient shipping value in the business. Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is five to seven business days, for all orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (PST). All out-of-stock items will be backordered automatically. Please allow 1-4 week(s) for completion. New and international accounts might require an additional processing time. All nationwide shipments are carried exclusively by Federal Express. Overnight and 2-day delivery also available. International shipments are carried by Federal Express. International accounts can also provide us with their own shipping instructions.
- Custom Orders
- We do welcome custom orders. Most boots and shoes can be color-customized to fit your special requests. Please note that Custom shoe production requires a minimum of 6 pairs, Custom boot production requires a minimum of 3 pairs. Additional fees might apply on certain custom orders and may require full payment upfront, or 50% deposit subject to management approval.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders to be shipped. For further details and fees please contact us.

- Returns and Exchanges
- We believe in the quality of our products, and we stand behind it every step of the way. To this end, we will accommodate any reasonable request, but please keep in mind that shoes (especially dancing shoes!) do wear out, and that we are not able to accept any worn item for exchange or credit. All unworn defective items will be gladly replaced with the same size/color/style only - free of charge. Items that have been worn will be repaired and returned at the customers expense. Items worn for a long time may require additional costs. Please don’t send us old shoes that are clearly beyond repair!
- We do not accept returns if the end customer does not like the color or if they have ordered the wrong size.
- No clothing item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.
- For obvious reasons, no special/custom order can be returned for refund or exchange.
- Please call us and request a Return Authorization Number for all returns. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days only. DO NOT USE OUR FedEx ACCOUNT NUMBER. Unauthorized packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
- All claims for discrepancies or damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Refused Packages and Returned Checks
- Customers will be responsible for both way shipping and handling charges, as well as 20% re-stocking fee for all refused/returned shipments...
- Customers will be billed a $25 fee for all Bounced checks.
- Orders will not be processed until outstanding balances are prepaid.
- Image Release Form
- If you like to obtain permission to utilize or reproduce our photos from our catalogs, or to purchase CD-ROMs please complete an IMAGE RELEASE FORM. We will then review your website and if approved, mail you a copy of the signed form.
- Please do not use the images prior to completing this process.
- We reserve the right to review each site at any time to determine if our merchandise is appropriately displayed.
- We do not wish to have our images shown on adult sites.
- Drop Shipping
Tony Shoes is now offering drop-shipping service to its customer. This convenient method will allow you to forward your orders to us directly, while the merchandise will be shipped to your customers via federal Express.
With the help of this feature, you will grow your client base as well as your business. Further details on this program are provided for you in the policies listed below.
- Orders and shipping information must be provided to us either via fax. or via email to orders@tonyshoesinc.com.
- Drop Ship orders should be received by 12:00 P.M. P.S.T. to be shipped on the same day if item available in stock.
- $5 service charge will be added per shipment, for any number of terms.
- No paperwork will be included with the shipment, unless customers provide us with their invoice via e-mail.
- The shipper's information indicated on the shipping labels will be that of the buying company. No P.O. Box addresses are accepted.
- All orders must be paid in advance by credit cards and copy of original invoice and charge slip will be mailed to customers.
- Tony Shoes is not responsible for any returned or refused packages. Buyer accepts all risks pertaining to their own customer (the recipient), which may include but not limited to possible credit card fraud, damage, theft, or loss of goods. Upon buyer's instructions only, Recipient signature will be required and additional charges will be added to the fees.
- Drop ship service is provided within the United States only.
- Our company will not send call tags for returns or exchanges.
